You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days upon our receipt of the return. Postage charges and costs are not reimbursed.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. In this situation we will refund your postage costs to you when we process your refund or exchange. Please note that any refunds of postage will be refunded the standard cost of delivery.
Any goods must be returned in saleable condition.
